Will the Bankruptcy Court Close Due to the Government Shutdown?

Generally speaking the “Courts” (meaning the federal Judiciary) will remain open despite the government shutdown. As a testament to just how incredibly underfunded the Judicial Branch is the “Judiciary News” confirmed that that the Judiciary has enough resources by using “court fee balances and other funds not dependent on a new appropriation” to continue business-as-usual through February 9, 2018.

Do you think it is wrong that our Judicial Branch is reduced to making ends meet i n this manner? Right or wrong the lack of funding will assuredly delay the administration of justice for the foreseeable future.
