Attorney Jacob Simon earned his J.D. from Suffolk University School of Law. During his studies at Suffolk Law, Attorney Simon focused on bankruptcy, secured transactions, payment systems, and consumer protection.

Attorney Simon Is a frequent speaker and lecturer on “best practices” for consumer bankruptcy attorneys and has done extensive pro bono work throughout the lower-income communities of Lynn, Revere, and Chelsea.

Mr. Simon devotes a significant portion of his practice to pro bono representation of low-income individuals through the Volunteer Lawyers Project of the Boston Bar Association (VLP) and through Northeast Legal Aid (“NLA”). He has helped clients manage against enormous student loan debt, false credit reporting, abusive debt collectors and other credit problems. He was named to the United States Bankruptcy Court’s Pro Bono Honor Roll for 2013 and 2014.
